Despite all that glamour; it ain't pretty behind close doors, some celebrities actually get paid to wear certain designers clothes and jewellery in awards shows. In return, fashion designers get exposure and million-dollars advertising for them.

Imagine from a 'no-name' designers suddenly become popular because certain actress wearing their clothes. It can be really chaotic sometimes, when changing wardrobe last minute and not to mention the stylists bribery. Then again its business, its nothing personal.

Last minute losing weight, detox, facial, botox, intensive working out. Celebrities actually put a lot of effort and hard work in looking like a true stars. Sigh, beauty is indeed a pain. Anyway, I just got face done. Looking good? its not that easy you know !

ANTM: Cycle 11

Ok, i was suppose to memorize and study. Of course that does not happen, instead i was on my bed watching America's Next Top Model Cycle 11 for the whole day.

Yeeshh, i watch the whole episode in a day. Anyway, it was a good reality show, it is funny and at the same time educational too. Of course not to mention the crazy girls catfight that always happened in every cycle which is always enjoyable to watch though.

Then, there is the lesbinism in the show, then there is the boy-girl, Isis, who is the unique one, he is the only man in whole ANTM history. He is cool and care-less about what people think about him.

Then there is the obvious winner in this cycle. She is non other than the photogenic and kicking-ass Mckey Sullivan. During the first few rounds, she looked alright in the photos, but after her make over, she looked hot hot hot in every photos. Those killer legs she had is amazing. She will be the America's Next Top Model, wait..... she is one !

Unconditional Love

Just watched the documentary show on channel U, its really a good documentary.

It was in chinese language ; this lady shows us the community that lived in the rural area of Nepal.

If i'm not wrong, i think it was a mountain area.....

She showed us their simple school, simple housing, simple toilet and with no electricity at all.

It was really dark in the night....i wonder how they do things in the night......

She then donates stationery, books, games, and simple tools to the school's children.

Then she teaches the children how to play badminton....

apparently, they considered badminton is a rare and expensive kind of games.

The children are so so so grateful and happy.....

Then the lady go on to one of the resident's house to take a look.

The house is a mini hut with no electricity and they use woods to make fire for cooking.

There is a lot of children living in the hut, with just a single mother taking care of them....

In the end, when the lady is about to leave the area....the daughter and the mother cried.....

perhaps they are so attached to her, and probably thankful for her kindness.

Then when the bus is moving, the community kids all are chasing towards her.....

I almost cry when those kids are chasing towards her and wave goodbye.....

They lead a simple life, but they are so happy, contented and grateful for what they have.

These children..... they are really innocent and happy....

No amount of money could trade for their simple happiness.

I'm so touched after watching the documentary.

The show aired on Channel U, Friday 8pm to 9pm.

Brunch

Just had brunch with Hy today, as usual, we ate at the food court.

We ordered the 'ban mian', and Hy ordered an extra dish- 'xiao long bao'

and he treat me one of the xiao long baos, and it taste salty and plasticky.

But the noodle was good, and also the China's Chef is a handsome stud.

No wonder, his stall is full of ladies queueing for the food at the same time ogle at him.

Yishhh, a pretty face + a good food = cash rolling on him.

What a hectic hours, office people crowd the whole food court,

and some even use newspaper to chope the seats which is rather funny.

After that, we are suppose to watch The Curious Case of Benjamin Button

However due to some circumstances, we did not watch it in the end.

Finally, it was a good brunch, we have so much things to talk about......

After playing mini fun games,

The 3 of us was chatting together last night,

so hillarious until i was laughing so hard,

Its been a while since i laughing that hard,

Then i still remember Hy calling me fat ! fat ! fat ! fat ! fat !

Then Juleen reminiscene about the past ; that last time i treat her eat Mcdonald.

Saving for the Rainy Days

Money, Money, Money !

Well, money is one of the most important things in our human life.

In the place i grew up, money is in fact the most important 'tools'.

When i'm very young, i learn that with money, it allows people to do 'almost' anything.

With lots of money, perhaps people can get away with 'almost' anything.

So money is indeed precious to me as i know that spending is so much easier than to actually earn it.

Then again, youngsters nowadays do not really treasure the importance of money.

For some of them, they will just be cool and piss it all away.

Sometimes, I wonder do they even save some?

Nevertheless, perhaps for some, they have too much cash in excess or either that they just love to spend spend spend and enjoy life while they still can.

For business or finance student, it is known that we need to maximise wealth and not to waste it all away.

Of course, i do feel guilty for spending unecessary money for taking lots of taxi. I think sometimes, it becomes a habit to take cab. Other than that, i think i'm pretty thrifty for now.

Save some money for precautionary is always good, you never know what will happen next time.

A lot people do not really think much of the future, then again perhaps we're all still young.

Everytime i see this video..... its very sad.

It always makes us contemplate that sometimes life is not easy for most.

at 1:41, the single mother works 2 jobs, 16 hours a day, 7 days a week earning $200 a year just to send her son to school.

Furthermore, at night she sells oranges, and each orange cost 2 cents. She might sell 50 oranges which is $1.

Lets treasure what we have, don't waste it all away.
